We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, and JCB, via Paypal and Direct Deposit. Please note that if paying via Direct Deposit please call to confirm your deposit, and please note that goods are not shipped until deposit is cleared.

While we strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, we do not have control on the shipping systems.

Please allow 1 working day for your order to be fulfilled. After your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking number if possible so as you can then track the progress of your delivery.

Please also note, that all Australia Post Delivery prices include insurance.

At this moment, we are only selling and shipping to Australian address’s. We are currently looking into expanding this to more countries in the future.

Here your satisfaction is our main focus. If for any reason you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund (less the original shipping). Only one opened product purchased is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in an unopened condition for refund. This unconditional money back guarantee covers the first 30 days from your date of your purchase.

Some special items are as such due to missing items and/or damage. These items are exempt from the above, sold as is and are not eligible for refunds.
