Biante Model Cars are very pleased to present the 1:12 Scale Red Bull Racing Australia Holden VF Commodore driven by Shane van Gisbergen to win the 2016 Virgin Australia Supercars Championship.

All eyes were on ?SVG? when he joined Triple Eight Race Engineering?s Red Bull Racing Australia at the start of the 2016 season after a three year stint with Tekno. An undeniably talented driver in both the dry and the wet, the motorsport world were licking their lips to see how SVG would work in a two car team with one of the most successful drivers in the sport in Jamie Whincup. An intriguing battle unfolded throughout 2016 with both drivers taking out a stack of race wins and poles across the season in a dominant year from the team. The season eventually finished in a 1-2 finish in the championship with SVG 200 points ahead of his team mate to clinch his maiden Supercars championship title.

This 1:12 Scale replica of the 2016 Championship winner is a really impressive size. It roughly measures over 40cm from front to rear, around 17 cm from mirror to mirror and around 12cm from wheel to roof. You can appreciate the large scale in the images of the 1:12 sitting next to a 30cm ruler to highlight the sheer size of this model.

Other than the sheer beauty of the size of this model, there are numerous additional features worth noting. They include using injection moulded glass housings for added strength and accuracy, photo etched parts, detailed brakes, wheels and we have also included the hamburger camera on the roof along with GPS tracker on the boot. Despite the model being produced in sealed body resin (in order to maintain an affordable price point for collectors) there has been no expense spared in replicating the interior cockpit. The interior detail includes full decoration, faithfully replicated seat and painted interior characteristics along with fabric seat harness and window netting.

It?s also important to note that the model will be produced with the rear wing as a separate piece to avoid damage during shipping. Once removed from the packaging, the separate rear wing easily sits in the two designated anchor points on the boot to complete the look of the model.

This model will be produced in an exclusive limited edition with the number to be set based on pre-orders received and presented in deluxe packaging along with a commemorative flyer and numbered Certificate of Authenticity. It?s an amazing collectors piece and one that shouldn?t be missed.
